Q: What does a project a project manager do?
Kelly Rossi: A project manager does a lot of things. Like any manager, a project manager has resources available to him or her. Resources can be time, can be money, can be equipment, can be people. But for the most part, what I focus on is trying to keep a project on time and on budget, so anything to drive the deliverables of the project to completion between the lines of what the budget should be and the the time frame should be is what I mostly focus on taking care of.
